『 Commission's Terms of Service 』

Please Read before Ordering

1. Must be 16 y.o or older, or you have parental permission
2. Strictly for PERSONAL USE only! Commercial use commission should be discussed further
3. DO NOT USE for NFTs or training AI, or you will be black-listed from future projects of mine
4. IDR rates is STRICTLY for INDONESIAN CUSTOMER ONLY 🙏 if you're from other country, please refer your payment with USD rates.
5. Please be aware that the received finished piece will be in digital format (2000 x 2000+ canvas, 300dpi) and I will not send any physical items (printed)
6. Payment up-front and FULL PAYMENT ONLY!
7. Clients gets 3 revision quota; 1 major revision (Sketch ONLY) and 2 minor revisions*
8. Commissiom will take 7-25 days to finish, time can be tentative, depends on my IRL schedules.
9. I have every rights to accept/decline the commission for any reasons
10. I have every rights to include the commissioned piece into my portfolio**

*what considered minor revisions?
- color changes, minor accessories addition/eliminations, etc. (feel free to ask about this)
**means that I won't use your commission piece for personal commercial use (selling it as a merch for offline artist con)

『 Workflow 』

1. You're filling out a Google form I provided OR forms in my VGen.
2. Commission will starts after the payment were received
3. NO REFUNDS after I gave out the sketch samples
4. Clients will get updates on certain processes
5. After the commissioned is completed, the artist would let the client knows and sent the commission piece via attached email address.

What will the Client receive?

・Finished piece with specification mentioned in "Include" + "Details" section (below this!)
・Finished piece with lower resolution + poisoned with Glaze so that it safe to be shared online + can't be used for AI training ^^
